Cookie Policy

Changes in European legislation mean UK law requires websites to ask permission from visitors when placing certain cookies on their devices. This law came into effect on the 26th May 2012.

Cookies are electronic markers which mean I can learn more about what you are interested in on my website, so I can remember your preferences. They also help me monitor site usage, which helps me improve the site generally and know whether anyone out there is actually ever reading my blog!

By using my running blog website, you agree that I can place these types of cookies on your device.

Sorry to bother you with this none running stuff but I just like to do things properly.
Hope it does put you off reading my Blog.
