Ambleside with Mrs C
I had a lovely little trip up to Brathay Hall with Mrs C for a little stop over at Brathay Hall. It was a lovely short quiet break.
Me and Taz having an interview about the Brathay 10in10 with Helen Millican from BBC Radio Cumbria
The main reason for the trip was to meet Helen Millican from BBC Radio Cumbria on 24th April. I also met this year’s runner Taz and we chatted all things Brathay 10in10 for almost an hour at Brathay’s new jetty at the edge of Lake WIndermere in the Cumbrian Sunshine. I hope we get the same sunshine during the 10in10 in May. I believe this interview will go out on BBC Radio Cumbria on Thursday 11th May.
It was interesting to get up close to the old traditional Waler boats Brathay use with the children and young people.
