Entries are only transferable with the agreement of the Race Director, up to one week prior to the race (subject to full details being given for the person taking the place and fulfilling the race criteria). No transferring of race number is allowed after this date or on race day. Anyone found transferring their number without arrangement with the Race Director will be disqualified.
Should the event be cancelled, all proceeds will go to the nominated charity.
Runners must abide with UK Athletic rules, the race safety requirements, Marshal’s instructions and be courteous to the public and motorists out on the course or risk disqualification.
