What a Christmas it has been for me, pleasant, rest full from work and seen lots of family. We are today going to Anglesey for a few days and plan to meet our friends Lisa & John with their children Amelia and Regan at a cottage in Conway for New Year’s Eve.
These are all nice Christmas things to do but my favourite hobby, running is still on hold from the 20th since I fell in the snow at work and hurt my ankle. I hate to have to report that although most of the swelling has gone and there hasn’t been any bruising to see, the outside of my right ankle is very sore to the touch and painful when I try to run. I like to think it is getting better but I must admit it can only be slightly.
I plan to give it till after the trip to Anglesey and the New Year is out of the way then if I still can not run it’s time for a trip to the Docs.
