I don’t even know where to start when it comes to thanking these two. Aly & Mac made a brilliant team looking after us, they had done it all before and Aly had experienced the whole event from both sides having done it twice herself. They simply knew exactly what we needed, what to do and we couldn’t have asked for a better couple to have looked after us.
Aly has been utterly fantastic, arranging everything for us before the event, looking after us during the event and out on the course each day. I can’t decide whether Aly has been more like a mum to me or a big sister but whichever the support she has gave me each day when I needed it was precious. I will never be able to thank her enough.
Mac was our rock who worked tirelessly in the back ground, followed us round each day, picked up the bottles and sorted out all our day to day needs. He also gave me words of encouragement, with a reassuring smile at times when I needed that bit extra support.
A huge” THANKS” to the both of you. I’m sure it would have been mentally and physically many times harder without you there supporting me every day.
