Thinking back to my 10 in 10 experience earlier this year, it seems to have passed so fast. It is only 3 months ago but seems such a distant memory. After months of training the event seems to have passed like the blur of a speeding racing car.
I’m actually finding it hard to believe that I actually did it and how the hell I did do it. If it wasn’t for the lovely finisher’s trophy sat on my desk here, looking at me then I would be wondering if I had really actually done it or was it all just a dream.
I can’t believe I was actually up at Brathay for 10 days it hardly seems like I was there for a weekend.
The more I think about it the more I feel I would not just like to enjoy running the event again but almost that I need to, to prove to myself that I actually did do it.
In 2012 I’m going to enjoy following the current bunch of runners have their go at this fantastic challenge but for 2013 I do feel (fitness permitting) I’m going to want to enter again.
